Pickman's model

And now for something a little different....
Here's a Lovecraft-style ghoul based on the ones in his short story, "Pickman's Model."

"These figures were seldom completely human, but often approached humanity in variying degree. Most of the bodies, while roughly bipedal, had a forward slumping, and a vaguely canine cast. The texture of the majority was a kind of unpleasant rubberiness."

It could maybe use more color, but I wanted to see the pencil details.
